Bias Crimes Awareness Scholarship

In honor of a fallen hero who fought against bias crimes, hate and intolerance, while advancing human understanding in our community during a distinguished career in law enforcement.

Awarded to: Full-Time student in their second year pursuing a degree in Criminal Justice at Suffolk County Community College.
Criteria:
1. Must be in the Criminal Justice program with at least 32 credits completed
2. GPA of 3.0 or better
3. An additional essay required on bias crimes and their impact on your community
