Awarded to: Full-time or Part-time student
Award: $1000 (two awards)
Award distribution: $500 fall semester and $500 spring semester
Criteria:
1. Must be a single parent of a dependent child
2. Preference given to those whose child is enrolled at the SCCC Children’s Learning Center on the Ammerman Campus
3. Submit a 250-word essay describing current needs and struggles faced as a single parent and college student
