Criteria:
1. Be enrolled full-time or part-time
2. Be a U.S. citizen or permanent legal resident
3. Write a brief essay describing the following: Describe your desired career path and the steps you have taken or plan to take to achieve your goals. Discuss how your experiences, skills, and interests align with your chosen career and how you envision making a positive impact in your future profession.
