Criteria:
1. 3.5 GPA for 15 credits
2. Ammerman Campus student
3. 400-word essay on what student activities means to you
4. List of extracurricular activities, clubs, publications, etc.
5. One letter of recommendation from an SCCC faculty, administrator, or staff person.
