Wings for Single Parents Scholarship from Homes by Jamie Jay

Awarded to: Full-time or Part-time student
Award: $2,500 (one award) split between the fall and spring semesters
Criteria:
1. Resident of Suffolk County
2. Single parent of a dependent child/children
3. Write a 250 word essay on experience, strength, and hope of being a single parent. Describe what things used to be like, what they are like now as a single parent and your hopes and dreams for the future.
